Services

Residential Landscape Architecture: Richardson & Associates designs landscapes for urban residences, suburban properties, and country estates. Projects may include gardens, courtyards, terraces, swimming pools, outdoor kitchens and dining areas, recreational spaces, paths and drives, water features, planting, privacy screening, and other elements that connect a home with its surrounding landscape.

Master Planning & Site Design: The firm develops comprehensive landscape master plans for properties of varying scales, coordinating architecture, circulation, topography, planting, outdoor living, recreation, views, privacy, and site conditions. For larger estates and complex properties, master planning provides a cohesive framework for improvements that may be implemented in phases over time.

The firm collaborates with architects, interior designers, builders, landscape contractors, and other specialists to coordinate the many elements of a project and carry the landscape design through implementation.
